Shipping & Returns

We pride ourselves on making our goods made-to-order. This being we do not make the piece until it is ordered, to minimize waste. In this case it may take 3-4 weeks to ship your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

Returns;

We understand if you change your mind. You have 30 days from when you received your order to return unworn and unused product. Any item not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

If your order was not up to your expectation, please give us your feedback as this is important information for us to grow.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are possible! If you like the wallet or bag you purchased but want it in a different color we can exchange it for you.

How to care for Veg Tan Leather?

Use a slightly dampened cloth lathered with saddle soap to clean the surface. Add leather oil or wax to maintain the health of the leather. We prefer to use Fiebing's Golden Mink Oil in the shop.

Does Kafoury offer custom work?

We do offer small batch/wholesale/private label options. However, if you are looking for one off pieces, unfortunately that is not a service we offer.

Does Kafoury offer wholesale or private/white label goods?

YES! In the world of cheap branded goods from big brands we want to offer a higher quality good that your clients or customers would use and hold onto.

This will depend on the project size and complexity. We offer small batch minimums which can be by piece or minimum cost. Get in touch with us if you think we'd be a good fit.

Where are our products made?

We make all our products out of our shop in Chandler, Arizona. U.S.A.

Do we offer any warranty?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and we want to provide a product of the highest quality. With that we offer a limited lifetime warranty on the construction and stitching of our retail goods. This does not cover leather fading, stretching or other such damage.
